Sessions like these have one very clear objective - we want you to offload your worries and stresses I will not only listen and empathise but I will also help you map your thoughts in a way that clarifies your thoughts and helps you plan your own moves from the moment you leave. Because a proper session like this can take a while to find a workable solution, I always keep an extra 10 minutes available. We dont want to cut our time short with having reached the goals set out.
